The issue in GetHuman-sjarvis's own words
My friend ordered a Nutri Ninja Blender System with Auto-IQ, Includes (*)**oz & (*)**oz cups(BL***Z) (https:**www.ebay.com*itm*Nutri-Ninja-Blender-System-with-Auto-IQ-Includes-*-**oz-*-**oz-cups-BL***Z*************?ssPageName*STRK%*AMEBIDX%*AIT&*trksid*p*******.m****.l****) and the item arrived in non-working order. He used a forwarding company to get it to him as he lives in South Korea, so the return shipping label is useless. He has asked the seller numerous times to help with the issue, but the best he has received is an offer for a $** refund, which wouldn't even cover the costs of repairing the item. He is now stuck with a non-functioning item, and the seller seems uninterested in doing anything about it. We need an idea of what to do from here. Thanks.
