Received email that my flight times were changed and I was reassigned * new flights that leave later in the day. After checking online, the new flights are cheaper and I can even fly first class both ways (firsts class was only available on the return flight when originally purchased) at a lower price than I paid using a future flight credit and credit card for the balance. The only option offered is to cancel and get a future flight credit which would mean a loss of several hundred dollars. At this time the wait time to call United customer service is over an hour. What can I do to minimize my loss and be book the flights in first class at the lower price?
