Request for Refund: *Confirmation No. IG*JR**SIN to SFO flight segment*Two passengers: Joseph Sokal-Ticket ************* and *Ellen Roney- Ticket **************On our Oceania cruise we were re-routed away from Singapore because of corona virus on ** Feb ****, making it impossible for us to fly the SIN-SFO segment of this itinerary. We then called United Customer Service same day from Nautica cruise ship at sea and cancelled this flight segment. Pls determine refund amount including $** cost for "Preferred" seat upgrades on this flight segment, and issue refund to us. Our phone calls to UA Customer Svc tell us to go to your website, and the website directs us to call Customer Svc.!? Please help us to receive refund. Thank you.
