Help with my United Airlines issue

I flew Air India a Star Alliance member from NYC JFK to New Dehli on * August, eticket **************C*, seat **A. The agent at check in was not able to input my FF number ***** *** ***. On * August the Air India agent was able to input the United FF number on flight *** from Dehli to Leh Ladakh. I have the United card and original boarding pass. Please restore these FF points to my account for the flight from NYC to Dehli.
GetHuman-embryri did not yet indicate what United Airlines should do to make this right.

I gave the United agent my complete name and the ticket number for the flight. She already had a new Mileage Plus number since my old one was no longer valid in the system. She gave me the new card number and the new balance including the credit for the two flights on * and * August.
