I had one extra oversized bag and one extra regular. Charged ***$. Then they proceeded to charge me an extra ***$ for my bag that should have been included with my flight. I do believe they charged me and extra ***$ due to the charges adding up to that amount plus the ***$ for a bag that was supposed to be free. I want a refund. I only should have paid ***$ not almost ***$. * people working there all seemed to be confused and not know what to do. Total chaos.
GetHuman-iodexx did not yet indicate what United Airlines should do to make this right.
