I wrote earlier about our missing luggage and we were assigned code * ****. *You asked what we wished to happen?*Find our * bags that were on flight *** from ORD to PVG on **** to Shanghai. The bags were sent direct and through to Seim Reap flight China eastern ***, from Ord*Upon arrival to Seim Reap, no bags. *We filed * claims with lost and found in Seim Reap and still no bags. We are leaving Seim reap for Bangkok on ***** am.*We can only read * package * UA p *****.*Please find our * bags and send to the Seim Reap asap.
