I emailed Mileage Plus August ** and haven’t heard back. Online it says their response is ** hours. I emailed about lost luggage which went from San Diego to San Francisco and sat there for * days. Due to help from Ethiopian Airlines we finally got our luggage. I called from Africa five times to the *** baggage claim number and each agent said they would contact baggage in San Francisco and call me back. Not one agent called me back. In the meantime Merrilyn Pope and I had to buy clothes and toiletries for which we expect to be reimbursed.*My frequent flier number is Sh******. They should be able to locate my information using that as I used frequent flier miles to get here.
