I purchased a jewelry box online , picked it up in the store in Happy Valley Oregon.When i got home and open it , it was full of dust , misding handle , damaged, and worst of all NoT THE ONE i ordered .The box where it was packaged it was ok but the actual inside jewelry box was something about ** percent cheaper .I sent e mails, nothing back .Then i called the store .They said it will p*** the message to a manager and call me .Nobidy called me back .I can t believe hiw Sears is still in bussines with this worst customer service i ever seen .Then i ordered another jewelry box online , and i don t like this one .Took it back to the same store to return it to find out i can t , because it was a third party purchase.I m calling the BCP company just to find out the returns made thru Sears are not free??? I m extreymly mad! I need you to resolve my issue in my favor! I don t want to pay extra money to send this jewelry box back
I trust that Sears.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
