I have been a customer for years (over ** yrs) My bill keeps going up I was given a "special deal" the price went down to $***.** FROM $***.** that lasted * months AND I paid the $***.** on ******** THEN on ******** i PAID ANOTHER payment foe $***.**. On ******* paid $***.** on ******* paid $**.** ******* paid $***.** had an additional charge of $**.** paid, ******* paid $***.** ANOTHER CHARGE of $**.** PAID. On ******* payment for $***.** SENT. My next payment of $***.** is scheduled for disbursement on *******. I RECEIVED A BILL for$***.**. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON AT OPTIMUM?? I TRULY CNNOT AFFORD THIS MONTHLY BILL SO I'M THINKIG OF GOING SATELLITE SINCE YOU ARE A MONOPOLY IN THIS AREA WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR MONOPOLIES. I EXPECT & DEMAND A COMPLETE INVESTIGATION OF THESE OVERCHARGES. What happened tp my "discount" ALTICE-OPTIMUM is taking advantage of their customers since they are the ONLY cable company in town. Service is lousy, forget about customer service it's non existent, all robotics and the price KEEPS GOING UP. Internet service is as slow as a snail. I'm PAYING MORE for LESS. I've had ENOUGH!!!!!
