The issue in GetHuman-nancyale's own words
We have an account in White Plains, but our lease is up in a few weeks. I want to put our account on hold, until the house we're moving to is ready (in the meantime, we'll be at our vacation home that already has Optimum). I've called * time, asking for "representative," but apparently, customers can't speak to people. :( My issue doesn't fit in any of the categories, but I can't tell that to anyone, since I can't speak to a person.
GetHuman-nancyale did not yet indicate what Optimum should do to make this right.
