Help with my OfferUp issue
GetHuman-bolindap's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
OfferUp doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-bolindap will need to dig through the advice provided by OfferUp, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-bolindap's own words
Im wanting a refund from this transaction. Order id * EL*****ER******. On February **th **** I received this invoice from Offer Up to purchase a **** R-Vision M*** Trail-Lite Rv. The seller is Margaret Sarah address ***** S Terrameer Ave, Herriman UT *****. This invoice stated only $****.** as payment and that was the only charges. It instructed me to walmart*walmart the $****.** to a offerup verified agent Kendall E. Alonzo address *** S *nd W Preston, ID *****. I never received a tracking number showing the Rv was being shipped to my address (***** Harnett Dr Cypress, TX *****) I NEVER received this item. It clearly states a full refund would be made to me if neither the tracking number or item was received. I have attached a copy of the invoice. I want a supervisor to contact me with refund details I can take to walmart to get my $ or a check number your sending to me for the full refund of $****.** ASAP. ****-***-****
