You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-mersh's own words
On May **, **** I was charged *.** I feel as though this charge is unfair. I shouldn't be charged if the driver cancelled the ride or if they took longer than the designated time to arrive. When I have to be to work I have to be there I shouldn't have to wait twenty minutes for a ride just to have it cancelled or for the app to take twenty minutes to assign me a driver after it states that my driver is on their way

GetHuman-mersh did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
