Hi lyft *I just had an incident with a driver was supposed to come and pick me up at the train station I had no idea we had a train station address was I put down the place where I was at and he never showed up and he charging you guys are charging me an extra five dollars fee I told him where I was I send a text and let him know that I am here in ** minutes he took over an hour to get to where I’m at and then on top of you guys you guys charging me I need a refund
