I took a ride at *:** and arrived at *:** the address was ***. I was in front of vthe vhouse and waited the five minutes. I then call, but no answer and went to voice mail. I waited another few minutes but no one showed. You did not give me my cancellation fee. WHY ? your GPS system gives us the RED spot but rarely is it in the right place. I have had so many customers get inside my car from behind me or from across the street. I have missed too many of my cancel fees not to complain.
