March ** - Lyft code *****. I had a pre-arranged pick up time for SJC airport drop off. My flight was cancelled & I wanted to re-schedule my Lyft ride. Total failure in changing anything!! Couldn't cancel or reschedule. Site is totally NOT user friendly. I won't use Lyft again. I ended up taking original pre- arranged Lyft pick up soooo I'm at the airport * *** hours early! Major frustrated. Alice Williams
