I had pre-ordered a car for pick up last evening at *:**. Lyft confirmed the order and a car was supposedly on its way to us around that time. At *:** the app said it was still a few minutes away. When the app showed it was a minute a way we were informed that the driver had cancelled. We were sent a message that you were looking for another car. That car was just finishing a ride and would pick us up in * minutes. However, after * minutes the car was still * minutes away and we were now very ate for were we had to be. I thus cancelled the car and took a cab. You are charging me for the cancellation. If you insist on that charge you can be sure I will never use Lyft again.
