I purchased a Lyft gift card for a family member and the promotion isnt up until the **th so I would still be recieving free rides with the discount code. Its already charging mu family member from the $** I put on her card. She registerd her gift vard. Her name is Tia Underwood and her gift card should not be taking money off of the card yet. My name is Inez Streeter and my email address is *****@***.com. Tia Underwood who is the gift card holder also emailed Lyft and has gotten no response as of yet and now the company is refusing her rides when she tries to use her gift card. Please respond immediately to solve our problem
