The issue in GetHuman-shafiyae's own words
I requested for a ride from *** metroplex Rd Newark, Nj to ** Van Velsor Place Newark, Nj but the driver dropped me at a different address because on her side of the app it was the wrong address while on my Lyft app the drop-off address was ** Van Velsor Place Newark, Nj which is the correct addres. When I told her about the issue she told me that she can't do anything about it and that I have to get out of her car. I had to get out of the car and stand in the rain while calling for another ride. So please I need a refund for the first ride which I was charged $*.** and the time of the ride was at *:**am the driver's name was Cornelia. So basically I was charged FCC or a ride that took me to the wrong address. And please if u guys have a problem with ur app please fixed it customers can not be getting charged for rides that they never took
