I put in my pick-up and drop off location and the driver took forevrr getting to me..but beforhand i called the contact number..and the lyft driver john said it was his first day and that he was lost..i had to give him directions on how to get to me and yet i get charged for his mistakes.*Now yall take extra money off my card and put my debit card in the negative..i want my money back or im disputing the fare with my bank*I was charged over $**.** for a $**.** ride
