I took a Lyft to my destination from the airport and forgot an item in the car. However, I noticed seconds before he just drove off, he wasn’t even fully down the block. I called the number that was provided for him and I had no answer and I even texted it. However, I got charged a fee for $** to return the item when it wasn’t even * minutes before I noticed it was gone and the driver was not even fully down the block. This has nothing to do with the driver but Lyft itself for charging me a fee that I don’t deserve because all he had to do was turn around. I had to pay $** extra dollars for my wallet being in the car that has barely left my destination. Now I would understand if he had completely left, but it was within minutes that he left.
