The issue in GetHuman-juddydia's own words
*.On Wednesday Dec. * I used * Lyft rides*drivers with no problems in Manhattan, but I was charged for a fourth no show which was not accurate. How do I get credit for the *th ride rather than the incorrect fourth no show fee of $**?**.Today I was to *** Third Avenue, nyc and had no problem. However I seem to have been charged too much for the ride home from Trader Joe's at *** East ** Street which is actually on ** street corner Third Avenue?*Why was the fee for the ride so home so much?**. Since it is more than ** hours for the Dec. * problem, why have I not gotten the courtesy of a response?
