Help with my Lyft issue
The issue in GetHuman-amiyahb's own words
On Nov.** I was charged **.** I paid for it off my Visa card but they’re saying I didn’t pay but the money was took my card.
That was my last little bit of money they told off the card & it keeps saying I didn’t pay when I know for sure I did.
Stop taking money off my card without my permission and pay off the Lyft I already paid for with my card
First timer, I was expecting good customer services no problems.
I tried calling customer service
I have an issue with Lyft too
How GetHuman-amiyahb fixed the problem
