Good evening my name is Falanya. And my complaint is that i requested a lfyt to come and get me at *:**pm. I had one driver that said he would arrive in ** minutes. then it swithed to another driver that said he would be there in * minutes. That * minutes switched to * minutes. So i had to cancel so i wouldnt be late for work. And it said that you guys wouldnt charge me. But the ** and some change has still been taken out of my account by you guys. And i would just like a refund for THAT. It would be GREATLY APPRECIATED******
