First off my Lyft driver Alexander was lost for **teen mins of my ride. After riding around for some time she finally realize she was lost. She then ask do I know how to get there after I had already put my address and the app for her to know that already. She made me real late I'm very frustrated with this driver I didn't even want the ride after been lost so please don't charge me I discontinued the ride however I'm not such what she did afterwards I have been riding with Lyft for a while thanks
