Hello, my name is Kauntee Teal and I am very dissatisfied with the way your driver spoke to me this morning. I called to see where he was because he was running late and he told me to cancel because he wasn't coming. I did and then he showed up, but I had already contacted Uber. I have used your company several times and I have never had any issues until today. This is all because I called him to ask where he was. I didn't cancel because I wanted to, he told me to do so because he wasn't coming. Therefore, please do not charge me a $*.** fee. Furthermore, he was very unprofessional. Thanks for taking care of this matter!
