The driver cancelled the trip on me and I still got charged. I feel that wrong that I got charged and I don't have a ride to where I'm going.
GetHuman-mswzzy did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.

I checked my statement this morning and the money was put back on my card. Which I'm thankful about it. I have notice since I'm out of town that when requesting a lyft they take the money out before they drops me off and I'm use to them getting paid once they dropped me off. I have been in Michigan several times and why they take the money before they drop me? Which is a problem too but I'm thankful it back on there.
