GET HOME! ... If I wait on hold for one more minute just to have the call dropped I am going to freak out on someone!!! I had to walk home, * miles yesterday, after my Oncologist appointment (yes I have colon cancer) because the LYFT app left me stranded!!!
That I have colon cancer and had to walk * miles home in the *** degree Vegas heat because no one could get my LYFT app to work. I have gift credits on there which were plenty enough for a ride, not even a shared ride but a ride by myself and yet LYFT kept telling me to update my payment information?!?
I would like my credits back from the ride TO my doctors appointment (which worked fine except for the fact that LYFT charged both my credit card on file and took gift credits) and then resolve the issue with the missing gift card that her account was charged for yet I never received it. I only received ONE out of TWO gifts she bought for me. And I would like to be compensated for my time and near heat stroke for having to walk * miles to get home. Can you imagine what it's like coming from chemotherapy and having to walk in the Vegas heat for * miles. I would have arranged for someone to pick me up had I known how unreliable the LYFT was going to be!
I switched from UBER to LYFT because my friend bought me TWO $** gift cards, of which I only received ONE. Right now I'm NOT a good customer!
I had * different people along my journey home try to get the app to work and have a LYFT ride home but it wouldn't work for anyone and two of the people were young gentlemen that use the LYFT app and still they couldn't figure out why it wasn't accepting my free credits of $**.**?!?
