I was trying to go from *** W Nelson*To **** N Ashland ave in Chicago. The map showed pick up and delivery at same address **** N Ashland. I kept trying to change pick up but app wold not let me. I called driver to tell him I wasn't home and tell him where I was charged a $* cancelation fee. The program never should havery allowed the same address for pick up and drop off. I very much would like to get a refund of $*.*Please respond. I am almost ** and would like to continue using lyft but not if a glitch like this happens.
