Sending the driver the wrong address. My pick up was east Boston saving bank and the pick it send to was across on the other side of the main street. This was impossible for me to get to the other side. I walk with a cain. Thank God the driver seems me from the other side of the street. The app say he was there to pick me up. I was able to call the driver and give him my correct location. It I put in east Boston savings bank why would it put in something else. This was very upsetting to me. I love your service, but try to be more accurate for your customers and driver. I give my driver high pride. Thank you Geselle
