The issue in GetHuman-keilanla's own words
I enrolled into the flat rate program. I then had several **% off rides available that I was unable to use do to my flat rate. I canceled the flat rate because it was less cost efficient than my **% promos. However every ride I have taken on that route since my cancellation has still been charging me that flat rate price that I aleady cancelled. I need to be reimbursed or have some free rides or credits for what the difference is supposed to be. I've even called a LYFT number (which is no longer working) that confirmed my flat rate cancellation. But im still getting overcharged despite having **% promos.
GetHuman-keilanla did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
