We were getting my mom signed up for Lyft. I was showing her how to request a ride on her laptop because we didn’t have a smartphone. The laptop said, “Cannot complete this action due to poor connectivity.” Therefore we logged off. When we walked outside ** minutes later, there was a driver waiting for us and we had to send him on his way and my mom was charged $*.**. We request you refund that charge to her credit card. We went and bought her a smartphone and downloaded the app, so that won’t happen again. Her name is Janice Bagley and her address is ***** Carabella in Mission Viejo, California.
