I was charged twice for a ride on August **, ****. I called a Lyft from the San Clemente Train Station and a driver picked me up. At the same time there was a notice that another driver was on his way. I cancelled that because I was already in the other driver's car. I was charged for the cancellation. Please, note that there was not an opportunity using your app to select a driver so I just got into the first car. I wanted to pay him and I did but that would have not been possible if I had not cancelled the second driver. What is wrong with your app?
