Hi, **I am contacting the Lyft team because I had the WORST experience today that I have ever had. Firstly, I had ordered my Lyft ride at around *:** am, but my Lyft driver arrived ** minutes late so I made late to work. On top of that, he was lost most of the time. What makes me even more angry is that when I had ordered my Lyft ride I was scheduled to pay $*.**. I just got a notification that I was wrongfully charged $**.**. More than twice what I normally pay to get to work. So I want to know if anyone can solve this issue? That was again the WORST Lyft ride I have ever had and to be charged more than double what I had originally booked it for, seems shady and wrong....
