Help with my Lyft issue

Yesterday, I asked for a Lyft in St Pete. The message came that the driver would be here in * minutes, and then it said the driver was at the pickup point. I went to the pickup point and waited there at ** minutes, called the driver several times, and texted him messages, but he did not answer. I am not going to use Lyft for some time because this is the *th problem with Lyft I have been struggling with. And even though some of the the drivers are not doing their jobs, Lyft is getting cancellation fee from me. Then I am spending time to write to you to fix it. On the last *-* days Lyft Service is not working well.
GetHuman-hayfer did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
