The issue is not fixed. These charges on my bank statements go back to May and or June. In the effort to do my taxes I provided bank statements and she called and asked if these rides were for business. Looking online I saw all these Lyft charges. I was shocked. I have around ***-*** items on my statements every month. I very rarely look at them buy my accountant does. I want to be refunded these charges. I am willing to help you find the person who is responsible and you will get the information you need and you can handle it. If I knew the name that the driver asked for on *** or *** for $**.** then I can provide the info if I recognize the name.
