I am a Lyft driver and I have missed out on * rides today because the location and directions would not load. The app was acting up, I restarting my phone and made sure I had full service and data and it continues to fail. I feel I should be able to call and talk to someone to get some help. I have spent all evening and night out away from home but I keep missing out on rides because of the app. Please help.
