I needed to go from Denton to Keller and the driver went down ** e and then all the way over to Keller the ride should have taken ** minutes and it took me * hour to get to work I was ** minutes late and then he charged me almost $** I tried to tell him he went the long way and it took I was ** minutes late for work and he charged me as well for the entire trip I don't feel that I should pay for the entire trip when he went the wrong way and the long way how do I get refunded for that trip I would like to have a phone number to speak to a real person my bill my name is Cynthia Parchman and my credit card was tapped for almost $** can that be reimbursed?
