I was forced to exit the Lyft car before reaching my destination and I had my suitcase my dry cleaning and several other bags with me. I told the driver I was only a few blocks from my destination but he wouldn't take me there. He insisted he was going to pick up a new passenger and didn't have room with my luggage. He was rude and Unapologetic like he never worked in the service industry a day in his life. I use Lyft a dozen times a week and service like this makes me want to discontinue using the service altogether. So frustrated!
