I asked the driver to cancel this ride because he apparently could not find the back entrance. Now I will say that the house I was staying at was a maze so I can understand the trouble. I understand if I ask him to cancel I am charged $*. That's fine, I just do not want to be charged for the entire ride.
GetHuman-lisamail did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
