Last night, ******, I ordered a lift ride for a guest from Elway’s in Cherry Creek, CO to Niwot Inn in Niwot, CO. The charge represented by Lyft was $**.xx. I ushered my guest to the car and told the driver she was my guest. At the end of the ride, I received a receipt for $**.xx with no explanation as to the $**.xx increase. I noted that the ride, which should have been slightly less than an hour, had taken more than an hour and a half. If the driver made a mistake, why should the customer pay? I am Leonard Strickman. My credit card ends with the four numbers, ****. Thank you for try to resolve this.

Frankly, I am not sure whether my message got to them through their “help contact” line, which is very difficult to navigate, or through gethuman.com. Once they contacted me, I was able to explain what had happened, and within * minutes they let me know they were refunding $**.
