As soon as Lyft approved me to drive I went online and I received a fare within minutes. Great!! But it never routes me and I can't get in touch with my customer because the ap froze and the rider ended up cancellating the ride. It wasn't my fault but I did try and get to the pick up spot and didn't get a cancellation fee. I couldn't contact anyone because of the ap freezing up and no one contacted me.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
