I was charged and wasn't picked up I called the driver and told him he was at the wrong address and to come around the corner and he never came he just left and I was charged... Why was I charged for a ride I didn't get? He went to the wrong address I need to speak to someone about my money being put back on my card
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
