I ordered a lift that would have taken about * minutes. The ride was very short very quick and very good but once I got dropped off the guy did not stop the ride. I attempted to call him many times and also sent him a text but he continued to keep the ride going. I checked my account about an hour later and I was charged over $** more than what I was supposed to be.
GetHuman-fletchin did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
