Apply to be a driver. ... I applied two years ago and had my background check bring up something that apparently didn't fly with Lyft. THIS year, my background check is clear and I reapplied, but Lyft is still referencing my old, irrelevant background check to immediately dismiss my application. I require a NEW background check to be run, and would like to have a conversation with someone about getting that to happen.
They keep reusing an outdated background check from * years ago.
I want them to do their job, follow their legal responsibility, and run a new background check.
Because my background check is clear of all infractions and I’m an amazing driver.
