My son is blind. He uses Lyft all the time but occassionally has problems. His last three rides he mistakenly had LUX SUV set instead of regular car. Because he doesn't see well he was unable to correct this until I was available to help him. He was charged $** for the * min. less than mile ride three times. I would greatly appreciate it if you would take this into consideration and give him a credit or something for those three rides. Thank you
