Last evening, around **pm, I requested a Lyft to pick me up from Empanada Mama (or **nd Street between *th & *th). My destination, where I was dropped off about ** minutes later, was my home at **** Broadway in West New York. Your driver never ended the trip so I was charged for his return trip back to NYC. My fare should've been been around $** but I was charged almost $**. I've filed a complaint via the app and was told I would hear back within within a day or so. It's been ** hours and this irritating situation has not been resolved. My account email address is *****@***.com. Can this issue please be escalated? It is an egregious abuse of my account.
