Lyft doesn't allow the price to be shown before requesting ride which takes away my option to back out & get a better fare that suits me. Also opting out is not complete & customers, myself included, are charged for a service not given!!!!! I have also been taken by one of your driver's & I believe his name is Fernando! He'd take the request & not show up!! I complained & never reimbursed for the rides!!! I'm ready to report to the BBB! You guys are becoming a scam!!!
