Help with my Lyft issue

I had a call from Super * *** feet away, directly across the street. In the minute or so that it took waiting for traffic to clear it cancelled. So I pulled in anyway to get turned around. I received another prompt for the same customer and * more cancellations for this call in * minutes after I was there., My GPS failed but for that I didn't need it because I also have a Garmin. I received a second call a little while later a *** mile away and that cancelled instantly too and I was there. I did not see anyone waiting. ... I'm not receiving the code to sign in. They sent a message saying that I turned of the messenger? Are they kidding? I heard about drivers driving by the customers because like me their GPS isn't working...it seems that Lyft apps have to many issues without solutions for both the drivers and the customers.
They can't see that I am there or approaching because the GPS doesn't work.
fix the GPS problem, go back to the former system. I use google with my phone without an issue so the problem is with Lyft.
I think I'll try Uber
