I was hoping by calling C.S. at home depot they would would be able to resolve the issue over the phone. By issuing me a credit instead of going into the store. ... I made some purchases. I am unable to go into the store to return the items due to the COVID. I am unable to go into any large stores. I was told it's the only way to return items.
I have medical conditions that preclude me from entering a large store such as thid.
As I previously said to try to issue a credit or arrange for assistance by calling the local home depot with the sku numbers and enabling a return.
For over ** years.
Except for going to the store directly.
