Home Depot is a home improvement retailer with locations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The company was founded in 1978 and its headquarters are in Atlanta, Georgia. If you have had an experience in a Home Depot store (either negative or positive), there are several avenues for you to submit store feedback. Keep reading for step-by-step instructions for each avenue.

Ask to Speak to the Store Manager

If you have feedback for the store, you can try to speak to the store's manager. Ask any employee at the store that you wish to speak to the manager and relay your feedback. If your feedback is about the store manager, or you feel the store manager didn't respond correctly, then explore one of the options outlined below as they will connect you with Home Depot's corporate customer service team.

Contact Home Depot Customer Service Via Text

You can text a Home Depot customer service representative your complaint. Simply text your message to 38698. Note that standard text messaging charges may apply.

This option is great if you don't wish to engage in a lot of back and forth with the customer service representative. If you wish to have a discussion and get a resolution for your complaint, texting may not be the best option.

Contact Home Depot Customer Service Via Phone

You can also call the Home Depot Customer Service line to speak to a person.

Contact Home Depot Customer Service Via Live Chat

If you prefer not to speak over the phone, you can also contact the Home Depot Customer Service team via Live Chat.

Contact Home Depot Customer Service Via Email

Lastly, if you prefer, you can email your store feedback into the Home Depot Customer Support team. The email you should use is Customer_Care@homedepot.com. They will respond to you via email but there is no guarantee how long it will take to receive a response.

Before contacting Home Depot's Customer Service Team, make sure you know which Home Depot you're talking about. You can search the exact address online so you can relay it to the customer service rep.

Consider if you have proof of your complaint or feedback (for example pictures or receipts), you should contact Home Depot via email or Live Chat so you can send copies of the proof.

Lastly, make sure you have all the details outlined before you reach out. If your store feedback involves an employee, it's helpful to be able to provide the store location and the employee's name.
